Line a 9 X 13 with nonstick foil ( or parchment paper). Mix together the paprika, onion powder, and salt.Coat each chicken thigh with about 2 tsp of spice mixture and place in prepared pan. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until juices come out of the chicken. (The chicken looked dry on top so I basted with some of the juices using a turkey baster, and then baked for another 5-10 minutes - but the paprika burned a little.)Remove the chicken to a platter. Put the sour cream in a small bowl. Stir the chicken juices into the sour cream. (If you used the non stick foil, you may be able to pick up the foil and dump the juices into the bowl of sour cream.)
