I got the recipe from my sister in law. It is her family's favorite chicken. My boys love it too. If you really like garlic you might want to increase the amount. One of my boys (husband really) doesn't care for it so I just sneak in a little bit.

I like to pound the chicken breast flatter so they are more even and cut each breast in half so I have 8 servings, or I'll cut them into strips to stretch it a bit more. Dip the chicken in the melted butter and then dip in the dry mixture. Place in sprayed baking dish (around 9 x 13). Drizzle the leftover dry mixture on top followed by leftover butter.
