Mix the egg and olive oil.Pour the egg/oil mix into one shallow bowl, and the crouton/cheese mix into another. Set them side by side.Oil a baking pan lightly with olive oil. Set the pan next to the crouton/cheese mix.Trim any undesirables off of chicken breasts. Keep whole, or cut into any size piece you wish.
