Bread crumbs (the recipe is calculated using one with cheese added cause that's what I had)
Egg
Fat free mozzarella cheese slices
Tomato sauce

How Do I Make Parmesan Chicken Thighs?

Here is how you make Parmesan Chicken Thighs:

Beat egg in one bowl and put bread crumbs in another bowl. Dredge the chicken through the egg and then through the bread crumbs. Heat oven to 375, cover cookie sheet with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Put chicken on the cookie sheet and spray the chicken with some cooking spray. Bake in oven for about 40 minutes.Put tomato sauce in sauce pan.... add your favourite spices. I used about a 1/4 cup of each of basil and oregano, a teaspoon of chili peppers for a bit of spice and a couple teaspoons of garlic cause my family loves garlic. Let the sauce simmer while the chicken cooks.Cut half a green pepper into strips, cut about 1/2 a cup of onion into pieces. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and cook the peppers and onions until tender.While you are doing all this get a big pan of water going and cook your favourite pasta. Pasta is not included in the nutrional information.When the chicken is cooked turn the oven off, put half a slice of cheese on each piece of chicken and return to the oven for a couple minutes to melt the cheese.One serving is 4 oz of chicken and about 1/2 a cup of the tomato sauce and 1/4 of the green pepper, onion mixture.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ALLIE_1969.
