6 oz roasted red peppers

Makes 4 servings.Steam broccoli. Cook pasta. Cook chicken breast in oven for 30 min at 350.Cube up chicken. Chop up peppers. Heat olive oil in large pan. Add minced garlic and cook just until it changes color - 1-2 min. Add chicken, pasta, broccoli and peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken boullion and simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
