Chicken, cooked and shredded
Rotel, 1 can
Canned, diced tomatoes, 2
1 can of diced tomatoes, pureed, or use 1 can tomatoes crushed
1 bell pepper
1 onion, medium
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey
1tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cumin
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup chicken both
1 tsp. salt (or salt to taste)



How Do I Make Moroccan Peanut Chicken?

Here is how you make Moroccan Peanut Chicken:

Saute onions, bell peppers in a little bit of olive oil. Add chicken, garlic, and the rotel. Cook for 5 min on med. heat. Add the rest of the ingredients, (tomatoes first, honey, peanut butter, cinnamon, cumin, and chicken broth). Cook for 30 min, serve over couscous.
