Here is how you make Darie's Chicken Piccata:

Dredge chicken breasts in plastic bag with flour. Put 1 to 2 TBSP olive oil in a skillet and warm the pan. Add chicken to warm pan. Crush the rosemary and sprinkle over all the chicken. Brown chicken slowly on medium heat. While it is browning slice lemon into thin slices that will be placed on top of each breast. The remaining lemon will be squeezed into the pan. Turn the chicken once. Salt and pepper lightly. Sprinkle capers throughout the pan (more can be added to taste including the liquid). Place lemon slices on top of each breast.
