6 Hans's All Natural Chicken Sausage: Spinach, Fontina Cheese, & Roasted Garlic
1/3 envelope Knorr Cream of Spinach Recipe Mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups mashed potatoes
2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese

Here is how you make Chicken Sausage Shepherd's Pie:

Remove skin from sausages, dice them and grill them. Place sausage in 8x8 pan. Mix Knorr recipe mix with water and milk in a pan. Heat to boiling (stirring constantly) then return to a simmer for 2 minutes. Pour onto sausage. Add vegetables and mix until well combined. Mix sour cream and olive oil into mashed potatoes and form a layer on top of sausage mixture, making sure to seal to edges of pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
