1 cup Bisquick Heart Healthy Mix
1/2 cup Lactose Free Milk

Here is how you make Homemade Calorie / Weight Watching Chicken Pot Pie:

Cook chicken (preferably boiled versus grilled, stays more moist.) If boiled, reserve 1/2-1 cup of broth. Once chicken is cooked, mix in 1 can of cream of chicken (or celery or mushroom) soup and 1 small bag of frozen mixed vegetables, 1teaspoon of pepper (or to taste), 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley, and 2 Tablespoons of dried onions. Add in 1/4-1/2 cup of broth to mix soup with other items. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 350*F. In separate bowl, mix Bisquick and milk until smooth. Place chicken, soup and veg mix in dish and pour Bisquick mix over top.
