Boil chicken breast in water until thouroghly cooked. Remove, let cool, and tear apart into bite-sized pieces. In large bowl compine vegetables, soups, and chicken. Transfer to 9x12 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and unroll crescent roll dough in a layer on top of the pie and put back in oven about 10 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.Makes 8 servings.Variation: Cook another can of crescent rolls flat on a cookie sheet and layer under the pie before baking.
