1. Boil two cups water and add rice. Turn heat to low and let simmer 20 minutes.2. While rice is cooking, put chicken in a glass casserole pan and cook in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.3. Zap broccoli in the microwave for 3 minutes or until mostly defrosted.4. After 20 minutes, remove chicken to a plate. Transfer cooked rice into the casserole pan. Mix in the condensed chicken coup until well blended. Add the broccoli and mix again. Place chicken on top, cooked side down. 5. Return casserole pan to the 450 degree oven for another 15 minutes.6.
