Here is how you make Chicken Gumbo:

Cook chicken and ham in oil over medium-high heat until chicken loses pink color. Add chicken broth, tomatoes with juice and water. Bring to boil over high heat. Add carrot and celery. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occassionally, for 5 minutes. Add macaroni and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes.
