Here is how you make MJ'S Chicken/Rice Casserole:

Saute onion and green pepper in medium saucepan. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. Once onion and green pepper are cooked mix with mushroom soup. Place uncooked rice in bottom of casserole dish. Place tomatoes on top of uncooked rice(make sure tomato juice and water add up to 1 1/2c) place chopped chicken on top of rice/tomato mixture.
