Here is how you make Momma's Chicken and Rice:

Makes 4 servings. 1 cup rice and 4 servings of chicken breast. Pre-heat oven to 420.First prepare the long grain and wild rice. Make sure it is completely cooked. While that is cooking take the chicken and marinate it with the onion powder, and minced garlic. Once the rice is done cooking mix the can of cream of mushroom in it, and line the bottom of an 8x8 glass pan. Place the chicken on top and cook at 420 for an hour and a half.
