2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1 can Geisha Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
1 can TyLing Stir Fry Corn, drained
2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
3 tsp. Corn Starch
2 tbs. cold water
4 serving (2 cups) white rice (cooked per package directions)
1/2 cup La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)
2 tbs sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic salt

Here is how you make Sesame Chicken with Rice and Veggies:

Melt coconut oil in skillet, add chicken and cook until done. Remove chicken from pan. Add vegetables to hot skillet and cook 6-8 minutes or until tender. Stir cooked chicken back into veggies, add chicken broth, sesame seed, garlic and soy sauce. Mix corn starch and water in a small bowl, add to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
