Here is how you make Sunday Chicken with Rice:

Melt margarine in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Put cup of brown rice (uncooked) over the melted margarine. Mix together cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, skim milk, and half a package of Lipton onion soup in saucepan and heat till smooth. Pour this mixture over rice and arrange chicken on top. Do not overlap or salt chicken. Sprinkle the other half package of Lipton soup mix over chicken.
