Makes 6 servings (1 cup rice and 1 cup chicken mixture.)1. Place turkey, 1 C Proth, soy sauce, garlic, pepper flakes and salt in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours2. Blend cornstarch and remaining 1/4 C. broth until smooth. Stir peanut butter and cornstarch mixture into slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 30 MIn or until cause is thickened. Stir well.3.
