2 14.5 oz cans unsalted diced tomatoes
1 6 oz jar sliced mushrooms
2 cups whole wheat elbow macaroni or rigatoni
1 Tbsp crushed italian seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 1/2 cups water
12 oz boneless, skinless chicken
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Chicken Rigatoni:

Cook onion and garlic in large pot with oil until soft, but not browned. Add cans of tomatoes, mushrooms, italian seasoning, red pepper, rigatoni, and water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Salt and Pepper raw chicken and brown in a skillet coated with oil. Once chicken is cooked cut into chunks and add to pasta.
