Boil bulgur in 2.25 cups of water for 20-25 mins. When done spread on cookieheet to cool. Saute cook chicken breast in pan with salt and pepper. Once cooked dice and let cool. Blanch asparagus, and plunge into ice water. Once cool, chop into bite size pieces. Chop parsley, tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts. Put all ingredients, except bulgur in large bowl.
