Here is how you make Sesame Chicken Cilantro Salad:

Makes 6 - 1.5 cup servingsHeat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds, and cook; stirring frequently until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water until cool. Allow pasta to drain and then transfer to a large bowl. Whisk vegetable oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar/splenda, toasted sesame seeds, ginger, and pepper in a small bowl until well blended.
