2 Tbsp Corn Starch
4 Tsp. Catsup
.5 Tsp Mustard
.5 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
.75 Cup Non-Fat Milk


How Do I Make Deviled Chicken?

Here is how you make Deviled Chicken:

Brown Chicken in nonstick pan or pan sprayed with Pam. Remove from pan. Mix cornstarch with bouillon or broth. Pour in pan. Stir over med heat until thickened. Mix in Catsup, Mustard and Worchester Sauce. Place chicken in mixture and simmer about 30 mins or until chicken is done. Remove chicken. Add milk to sauce to make a gravy.
