Here is how you make Mock Chicken low mein:

Put water on to boil. Spray large frying pan with cooking spray. Brown chicken and remove. Add oil peppers carrots celery onions and half the garlic. Cook until veggies are "just tender". Place chicken back in pan and add soy sauce, cabbage, hot pepper flakes and sunflower seeds. When the water boils add the pasta and cook until done. Just before pasta is done scoop about 1/2c pasta water and pour into chicken & veggies. Drain pasta and add it to pan. Let cook together about 2mins. Serve and enjoy!
