1can diced italian style tomatoes
1 large can of white meat chicken
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onions
2 crushed garlic cloves
3 tbsp sugar or splenda
dash garlic powder
dash italian seasoning
dash cinnamon
dash black pepper
dash season salt
dash olive oil
