1 cup green pepper strips
2 cloves minced garlic
half cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
7 oz dry Chuka Soba Japanese style noodles (make sure you get wheat noodles) cooked

Here is how you make Yakisoba Chicken:

In a large skillet saute garlic in sesame oil for 30 seconds. Add chicken (cut into bite sized strips) and 1/4 cup soy sauce and stir fry until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from pan and set aside, keep warm.In the same pan combine the veggies and stir fry until the cabbage starts to wilt. Stir in the remaining soy sauce, cooked noodles, and chicken mixture.
