1 cup Brown Rice, long grain
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

Here is how you make Sausage and Chicken Skillet:

Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 tsp thyme and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Heat oil in large skillet and add chicken. Cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from pan .In same pan, add onion, garlic, green pepper and kielbasa. Cook until veggies are tender. Add water, rice, remaining black pepper and thyme, bullion cube, and hot pepper sauce, Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
