2 Chicken Breasts, sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
1.5 tsp Adobo All-Purpose-Seasoning
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup sliced red onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Frank's Original red hot sauce
1 tsp dried parsley
1 whole bay leaf
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Splash of dry white wine (optional)

Here is how you make Skillet Chicken and Shrimp:

In a bowl, mix together chicken, shrimp, adobo seasoning and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Toss to coat and let marinate for 10 minutes while you prep everything else.Add olive oil to large skillet and cook peppers and onion until cooked down a bit, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add hot sauce, dried parsley, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Mix together and let cook another minute or so, until fragrant.Add the water to the pan 1 Tbsp at a time and scrape the bottom of the skillet to loosen up anything that is stuck to the pan. Add butter or margarine.Add chicken to the pan. Once the chicken is cooked about half way through, add the shrimp. Mix everything together.Add sour cream and wine (or stock), stir in. Cover with a lid. Cook another 5 minutes, until everything is cooked through. If you want some more heat, add a few more dashes of hot sauce. Toss one last time and serve.
