Here is how you make Slow Cooker Jerk Chicken and Plantain:

1) Combine all the ingredients, except the green beans, in order listed in the 5 - 6 quart slow cooker. It's my small one. Cover and cook 3 - 4 hours on high or 6 - 8 hours on low, until the chicken and the plantain are fork tender. 2) About 25 minutes before the cooking time you set is up, stir in the green beans.
