Here is how you make Chicken Noodle Soup- 1 cup:

Boil chicken in water in a large pot. Remove chicken from broth and debone chicken. Pour broth through a fine collander into large measuring bowl and set aside. Saute onions, celery, bell pepper and carrots in 1 Tbs. Olive oil until tender. Add garlic & ginger and cook a few more minutes. Add 5 cups of broth, chicken, seasoning and zucchini and cook until zucchini starts to get tender. Add noodles and cook until tender.
