8 oz. trinity mix ( diced bell peppers, onions, and celery already cut and available) OR cut your own above and use between 1/4 to 1/2 cup
1 14.5 ounce can of low-sodium chicken broth--you can use a broth packet or powder instead
1 10.5 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup bread crumbs
8 tsp parmesan cheese
Salt/pepper to taste
