Here is how you make Ellie's Chicken:

Cook in crockpot. Combine soup and 2 cans of water, whisk together. Add rinsed mushrooms. Place chicken in mixture, add bay leaf (optional) Cover with lid and set crockpot to low heat, cook for 8 hours.
