Here is how you make Miss Molly's Chicken Soup:

To the pot you will cook the soup in add olive oil and sliced carrots, celery, onion, & garlic. Cook 10-15 minutes. Add chicken (whole and frozen works) garlic, beans rice and seasonings. Add 12 cups water and the chicken base. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a decent simmer. Simmer 1-2 hours or as long as you wish.
