Add mock chicken, garlic, and black pepper. Saute 'til gluten begins to brown. Add cumin and cayenne; stir and cook 1 minute to toast spices. Add tomato; stir and cook 3 or 4 minutes. Add water and bouillon. Bring to boil. Add zucchini and fideo. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in corn and simmer 3 minutes more. Pasta will absorb the liquid.
