Grill the chicken a little past done so there is a nice char to it. If it's a little dry, that's fine because you will be adding it to a soup. Shred the chicken into bite-sized and smaller pieces.Get the water to a boil and add the rest of the ingredients except the soy sauce, which I usually add to taste at the end (the final product is too watery to my taste, but you may find you don't need it at all). I stir and then cover to avoid losing too much of the water.When the cauliflower is soft, stir in the chicken and turn the heat down. After a couple of minutes, it is ready.
