* 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
* 2 1/4 cups water
* 1/4 cup butter
* 2 cubes chicken bouillon
* 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1 1/2 cups diced cooked carrots (or frozen)
* 1 1/2 cups sweet peas, cooked (or frozen)
Add whatever spices you prefer. I used s&p, italian seasoning, and a little cayenne.
***Great for getting rid of leftover veggies. Also good with leftover chicken, turkey, or even pork chops.***

Here is how you make Chicken Spaghetti with veggies:

Makes 12 servings.Boil water, soup, bouillon, spices, and butter in a LARGE pot (big enough to hold all the ingredients). Add the chicken, veggies, and half the cheese. Mix well, then add in the spaghetti and mix well. At this point you can put the mixture into 13x9 and cook all of it, or divide into two or three smaller casseroles, cook one, and put the rest in the freezer for another day. Top the casserole that's going in the oven with the remaining cheese and bake until bubbly and heated through (25-35 minutes). To reheat from frozen: thaw overnight in refrigerator, top with cheese, and bake at 350 until heated through (about 25 minutes). **You can bake from frozen, but expect it to take at least an hour, covered.
