In a large bowl, combine the soups, sour cream, milk, 2 T. of butter and the seasonings. Add the cheeses, celery and onion. Stir in the chicken and spaghetti. Transfer to a greased 3 quart baking dish (or two smaller dishes). Dish will be very full. Combine cornflakes and the remaining butter; sprinkle over the top and Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until bubbly.
