boil water, salt, garlic, oilive oil. add in noodles and cook for aprox 10-11 minutes stirring frequently. cook until noodles are al dente. remove from heat and drain.in a bowl mix rotel, cream soup and sour cream. add in chicken and mozzarella. pour over noodles and mix together. mix in half of cheddar cheese and then sprinkle the remainder on top.
