- 20 oz buttnernut squash cubes (I bought this pre-packaged at the store)
- 1/2 large yellow or white onion cut into large pieces
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp whole milk (the original recipe calls for 1/4 cup of heavy cream. I calculated this with 2 tbsp whole milk)
- 1 cup chicken/vegetable stock or water (I used water, so it's not included in calories)
- 1/3 cup of raisins
