Heat oil in a large skillet. Add bell pepper and onion; cook till tender. Move to a bowl.Add chicken to the skillet with salt and pepper and brown. Add bacon and garlic and brown, then add wine and cook another minute.Stir in tomatoes, pepper mixture, water, cumin, oregano, thyme, and hot sauce.Add green beans, and reduce heat to simmer.
