Here is how you make Chicken Thigh Stir Fry:

marinate chicken; Combine 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp garlic, 1 tbsp dried onion, tsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp dry sherry in a bowl marinate for ten minutes.While chicken marinates combine all other ingredients except hoisin sauce and stir fry. Stir fry celery, green beans, carrots first for about 10 minutes until cooked but still a little crunchy. Add mushrooms, hearts of palm, water chestnuts and bean sprouts cook 5minutes on high heat. Remove to side bowl and put marinated chicken in same pan cook until chicken looses its raw color and browns a little bit on high heat. In a separate pan toast white and black sesame seeds for topping when served.
