The ingredients for Sweet and Sour Chicken in Crock Pot are:

3-6 Chicken Breasts
pinch of salt & pepper
1 c cornstarch
2 eggs beaten
1/3 c olive oil

Rinse the chicken and trim off any fat. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Dip in cornstarch & then in the eggs. Place in crockpot.

For the "sauce" mix

3/4 c Stevia
4 TBLS Ketchup
1/2 c Distilled Vinegar
1 TBL Soy Sauce
1 t garlic powder

Pour mixture over cubed chicken. Turn with spoon so sauce fully covers all the chicken.

Turn crockpot on high till chicken is fully cooked. Then turn to low and let simmer for at least another hour.

Eat over rice, in tortilla shells, or just as it is.
