How Do I Make Cajun Chicken Tortellini?Here is how you make Cajun Chicken Tortellini: Coat the chicken with the cajun seasoning by placing it in a ziploc bag and shaking it around. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, saute the chicken and butter in a large pot until fully cooked. Add peppers and onions and cook for 2 more minutes. Reduce heat, and stir in the evaporated milk. Stir in all of the spices and heat through.Add the drained tortellini and serve.
