2 c broccoli
2 c carrots
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c onion
1-3 garlic minced
3 Tbsp flour
2 tsp low sodium chicken instant bouillon or 1 cup chicken broth and decrease milk to 1 cup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c skim milk
1 1/2 c cubed or shredded cooked chicken
1 8oz sour cream
1/3 c grated parmesan


How Do I Make Chicken Vegetable Alfredo?

Here is how you make Chicken Vegetable Alfredo:

Cook linguine to desired doneness as directed on package. Meanwhile, bring medium saucepan of water to a boil. Cook vegetables about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. Melt butter in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.Stir in cooked vegetables, chicken, sour cream and cheese. Heat thoroughly. Do not boil. Serve sauce over the linguine.
