1. Place onions, carrots and mushrooms in mircowave bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until hot.2. While vegetables are cooking cut chicken into 1 1/2 strips.3. Coat pan with oilve oil. Add chicken and sprinkle with 1 tsp of steak seasoning. Cover and cook for 2-3 mintues turning halfway through.4. Drain vegetables and stir the vegetables into the chicken. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes, turning atleast once.5. Remove cover and cook for 3 minutes more, stirring if needed.6.
