Cook Ramen Noodles as directed DO NOT use the seasoning packets. Cook stir-fry vegetables according to package directions. Add cooked noodles and set to side.Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces. Brown in a non-stick skillet. Remove to a separate bowl. Add vegetables and noodles back to pan with chicken. Mix together remaining ingredients to make sauce and add to chicken and vegetable mixture.
