The ingredients for Mediterranean Chicken and Veggies are:

1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
10 green olives, sliced in half
3 T sliced pimentos
2 basil leaves, chopped
1 T olive oil
2 T flour
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 cup chicken broth


How Do I Make Mediterranean Chicken and Veggies?

Here is how you make Mediterranean Chicken and Veggies:

Heat the oil in a large pan. Brown the chicken. Stirn in the flour, then add the broth and stir to make sure flour is dissolved. Add the arichokes, olive, and tomatoes. Simmer for about 4 minutes. Add the basil and pimentos and simmer for 2 more minutes.
