Here is how you make Summer Veggies and Chicken:

Makes 6 1 cup servingsheat oil on medium heat in a large pan or wokadd garlic & onion. let cook for a couple minutes. Add chicken, cook about 10 minutes, browning both sides. add green beans, squash, salt & pepper and water. Cover & let cook approximately 8 minutes. Add bacon and simmer another 5-7 minutes uncovered, allowing for the water to cook off. I usually serve with brown rice and a fruit salad.
