Here is how you make Chickpea Patties:

Preheat oven to 425. Rinse and drain garbanzos and mash with carrots, flour, tahini, garlic and cumin. Grease a cookie sheet and shape mixture into patties. Place on cooke sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10 mins turning once. Serve on a bun, pita or bread with tomato, lettuce and/or other condiments. Yum!
