*95/5 ultra lean ground pork, 2 lbs

*green pepper fresh raw, 0.5 cup or one small chopped

*Large Onion Raw, diced fine

1/2 t Spice select Southwest Sizzle Seasoning or to taste

1/4 t cumin

2 t chili powder

1 t paprika

1/4 t oregano

1/2 t basil

1/4 t ground mustard seed

1 T parsley flakes

salt substitute
