1.5 cups diced red, yellow, and green peppers (I used frozen)
.5 tsp salt (or to taste)
2 TBL Chili Powder (I get mine from Whole Foods in bulk)
2-3 tsp crushed, fresh garlic
2 tsp cumin seed, freshly ground (this makes a huge difference)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
2 14.5 oz cans of crushed tomatoes (or diced)
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (or crushed)
1 cup veggie broth
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can kidney beans, rinsed
1 can great northern beans, rinsed
freshly ground pepper
