2 cans pinto beans with liquid
2 cans green chilies 8 oz
2 potatoes
3 cloves garlic
cummin seed
cinnamon
3 roma tomatoes
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp. corn starch


How Do I Make Green Chili?

Here is how you make Green Chili:

Heat oil, clean and cut potatoes, chop small, place in skillet with hot oil and cook till done with cummin sprinkled in. place in large pot when done. Cut pork loin into small bites, heat in same pan as the potatoes till done. Add the 3 cloves of garlic and heat, sprinkle with cummin seed, place in large pot with potatoes. Open the cans of pinto beans and put in pot. cut tomatoes and place in pot. add chilies to pot. Mix chicken bullion with 2 cups of water and heat in micro-wave add corn starch and mix well. Place in pot and heat till boiling mix with corn starch till smooth.
